The Princess Project
Promoting Self-confidence One Dress At A Time
Free Prom Dresses and Accessories for High School Teens
Donate, Volunteer, or Find a Dress
The Princess Project promotes self-confidence and individual beauty by providing free prom dresses and accessories to high school teens. Our effort is made possible through invaluable volunteer, donor and
community support. Our San Diego Chapter has been helping teens since 2009 find their perfect prom dress. Over the past 10 years we have given away over 10,000 dresses. We hope to collect over 2,000 this year alone!
Get A Dress
With the help of our volunteers and community partners, we reach over 1500+ local high school teens throughout San Diego County and beyond to help make their prom dreams come true.
Volunteer
The Princess Project invites community involvement and offers a teen ambassador program to
boost our message to fellow high school teens about our Free Prom Dress Giveaways.
Donate
Whether you have a dress to donate or looking to make a financial donation to help local school teens we have multiple options to make your donation count.
We Help Teens Grow In Confidence & Self Esteem
The Princess Project creates an environment that celebrates bodies of all shapes and sizes—our effort is intended to instill a sense of pride and confidence in the thousands of teens that we reach each prom season across San Diego, California. Our goal is to support individuals to discover and grow confident about their own unique beauty, inside and out.
You Are Beautiful
We honor bodies of all sizes, avoiding photos and images that may inadvertently convey an idealized body size, style, and look.
